Shorten URLs on Twitter Posts
It seems using the entire URL of 12seconds.com plus a hashtag is eating up a ton of characters. Maybe if there were a tinyurl filter or even a custom URL the way that brightkite.com uses bkite for it's posts. Even better - allow options to the user for customizing their own posted messages?

just letting you all know that we have created tiny12.tv and now all links in twitter from 12seconds use tiny12. let us know what you think.

better than tinyurl use budurl...excellent stats...users would appreciate it IMHO.
