stop button when finished, not necessary 12 seconds under review
Sometimes I will like to say just a word, sometimes I my message will be 10 secs, so I would like to be able to stop recording.
it wouldn't be 12seconds then would it? ;) actually we may do this... Also if you submit a mobile post and it's less than 12seconds, it still works.

if twitter had mandated that you had to send 140 characters, do you think people would have found it as interesting? sometimes less is much more.
