please ad a 'reply' option to all posts, I just can't see the point if I can't enter into a conversation ....

Allow users to directly upload videos to their channel. completed
I sometime have larger videos that are 12 seconds that I can't email. I would like to be able to directly upload them to the site and have them crunched rather than having to use an editting program and then emailing.
ah i see. yes we will have an upload page for sure. But for those that want to post video from their computer, you may email it to your unique 12seconds.tv email address and we'll process it. It doesn't have to be 12seconds, but you're right, jadedid, longer videos can't be emailed because you may be limited by a max file size.

Set video replies to NOT show up in feeds or on Twitter completed
I'm thinking that most people won't know what the heck my replies mean when they see them out of context. Personally, I don't think video replies should be part of a user's main flow of content. I think they should be in a different content flow/stream but moved over to the main flow/stream manually if the user wants to move them. However, at the very least controlling if the video replies are Twittered and if they are included in the RSS feed I think are important options to stop viewers from being confused about things. Perhaps a check box under each video-recording reply window for both "Twitter" and "RSS"?

Shorten URLs on Twitter Posts completed
It seems using the entire URL of 12seconds.com plus a hashtag is eating up a ton of characters. Maybe if there were a tinyurl filter or even a custom URL the way that brightkite.com uses bkite for it's posts. Even better - allow options to the user for customizing their own posted messages?

rss feeds for channels? completed
each channel does have an rss feed and should be instrumented for mediarss. the feed is on each channel page. http://12seconds.tv/channel/beach for example.
This is very important to us, so please let us know if it is not working for you.

allow users to delete posts completed
Preview is there, but still, people might want to delete their posts for any amounts of reasons. Like, may be the preview didn't work?
you should be able to delete any post. either a video or a comment that you have made. there are delete and edit links on the single video page.
they are only available to the creator of the video if they are logged in. please let us know if this does not work or if this is not what you mean.

Twitter posts for videos uploaded via email completed
I uploaded a via from a BlackJack II which came up in my channel but it did not send a Twitter update like videos created directly on the site does.

Account Won't Let Go Of Twitter Posts completed
I removed my twitter login and password, but 12seconds is still notifying my Twitter account with every post. Is it a caching issue?
You can now either clear you Twitter authentication or uncheck a box to cease twitter posts on the "settings" page.

Preview Videos Before Posting completed
Why can't I preview a post before posting it - on Seesmic this feature is possible so the technology is available somewhere. It'd be hugely helpful to many desktop users, probably not so much for mobile users.
This feature is now working and live on the site.
