stop button when finished, not necessary 12 seconds under review
Sometimes I will like to say just a word, sometimes I my message will be 10 secs, so I would like to be able to stop recording.
it wouldn't be 12seconds then would it? ;) actually we may do this... Also if you submit a mobile post and it's less than 12seconds, it still works.

Need to be able to change the size of the embedded video planned
I just tried to embed my 12seconds video on my blog's sidebar but I can't seem to change the size of the video tile in the embed code. I tried changing the height and width requirements but it made no difference

Be able to send a Direct Video planned
Can I or will I be able to post a video to one person or perhaps create a group and keep the video private
groups are something that we are planning. we are also working on privacy option. we take privacy very seriously, but it takes time to get it right. We plan on getting it right.

12 second window under review
If you accept postings of up to, 15 seconds, then there were a 12 second window you could slide along the length of the file, then that would allow users to remove the first pause before the video starts and they start talking...and it may help with things being cut off at the end (like in the about us videos, for example).
The stuff at the end is more important than the pause at the start, and this minor edit would help make the postings look a bit cleaner (instead of forcing people to rush at the instant the device starts recording)

support sprint mms planned
You don't seem to support mobile video uploads from Sprint. Sprint is weird such that they don't attach video to the email...they just link to it.
Flickr and other services make exceptions for this behavior. It'd be awesome if 12s did too!

get shozu to add you to their list of services planned
Shozu is an excellent mobile application that allows users to send media to multiple services easily (and cheaply, since the data is only sent once and then forwarded server-side). Getting 12 seconds added to their list of services would give your users an alternative to the direct email, and would get extra exposure for your service :)

Allow users to transcribe posts. planned
I need a text field that allows me to transcribe my videos for those who have disabilities or accessibility issues.
yes accessibility is important. we are considering adding a description box for users to write whatever they need about their videos. Right now you can use the comment function (it's not perfect, but that can work). Thanks for bringing this up!

Make an even smaller widget available planned
I'd love to see a completely streamlined widget with just the latest video and a link back to each user's channel. It would also be great if the video thumbnail was resizable so it would fit in smaller sidebars.

enabling testing of webcams and audio settings.
I am on an imac isight (g5) and can't record video from my webcam. Also, I would like to be able to test audio volume and feedback without having to play with the video and adjust the settings of the audio.

Let me choose a thumbnail for my videos under review
12seconds automatically pics a thumbnail for videos (looks like it pics the middle frame of the video). If you happen to be blinking or mid sentence you risk looking mentally challenged.

Add 12seconds to Rejaw (1000 characters or more)
Rejaw is no Twitter clone, it's a Mini-Blogging website that allows users to post 1000 Characters, much more then the original 100 characters, that twitter provides. You can build off there simple API which you can use by joining the website. I myself am looking forward to seeing 12 Seconds and Rejaw together.

See how many "times viewed" in the video tag icon planned
if a user scrolls over the icon that previous the video it should not only show the name of the video and author but also how many times it was viewed!

Currently you need to go to someones channel to follow them, please add a link to follow someone strait from their videos.

let users toggle whether webcam initializes on page load under review
I log on from work to check other videos, and there is no webcam there. The browser bogs down looking for it. Can we toggle our account so that upon being signed in it won't start prepping the cam?

So many sites offer Twitter support now, but what about the folks that use Pownce or Identi.ca or Jaiku, etc? Support Ping.FM the way you support Twitter now and you'll also support a SLEW of other microblogging sites.
