9. hi there. totally understand... right now you can upload a video by sending it as an attachment to the unique email address that we provide. If it's longer than 12seconds, then we crop off the remaining time. If it's shorter then it remains shorter.

   I hope this help. Soon we will have an upload page, but right now this can work pretty well.

19. actually it's an easter egg. after you record your 12, you can click on the screen and it will play back. We just haven't put in the play button yet... soon, very soon.
